Keep On Truckin’

Hello all! Hope you're having a great start to your 2018 thus far. We know we are. While we've been pretty quiet on the blog for the past few months, it doesn't mean we haven't been working hard for our clients. In fact, since our last update in June, we've added several.

If you haven't checked it out yet, you should check out the work we did for our client Rachel Reaches. Rachel is a friend from college, who has been just as hard on her body, as she has been working on teaching. She runs her own fitness website (that we may or may not have designed from scratch), and is constantly adding new clients, posting delicious recipes, and overall being a great motivator. We've even run a few successful instagram ad campaigns to drive traffic to her site. What better time to start looking into your own health than at the beginning of a new year. Tell her we sent you over there from Ampersand Media.

We also started doing some advertising work for Villa Rentals, a rental property management company who encourages the use of technology to bridge the gap between landlords and tenants to start a more open dialogue. We partnered with them to run facebook and instagram advertisements, and build awareness of their brand around the #RenterRevolution campaign. If you currently rent, or currently own a property in which you have tenants, you should check out their services. While it's web based only right now, be on the lookout for their app coming out later this year on both the Apple App Store, and Google Play Store.

Another project we overtook was the rebranding of the Rhode Island Nutrition Therapy website. Wendy Leonard is a nutritional therapist, who was looking for a way to expand her reach to new clients. Last year, we completely changed the way people interact with her website, improving the overall look and feel, while increasing navigation. In the upcoming year, we will be launching some ad campaigns and doing some video work to attract clients to her website.

In late 2017, we also began working with McKenzie Gibson, a local artist, designer, and furniture maker to completely rethink her website. Not only has McKenzie been featured on Ellen's Design Challenge, but she's also been featured in many publications, and is currently in the process of opening her new shop. Stayed tuned for updates throughout the year.

Additionally, we also designed a few logos for a photography business, and for Yankee Hospitality, a southern lifestyle blog.

This year we also continue working with our very first client, Iron Mountain Forge & Furniture, who kept us busy throughout the year–promoting their Sip & Smash programming, launching lessons and in-shop sessions, holiday themed courses, and updating their ever-expanding store. We encourage you to check out their beautiful site, and check out some of fantastic items for sale, or design your own.

We're excited for what this year may bring, and are looking to bring on new clients. Be sure to tell them to check out Ampersand Media for all their advertising, digital marketing, and design needs.
